It would be nice to have functionality that will be displaying articles from the blog which will be adjusted to the topic of the newsletter or the newest one. It would be nice to have it like dynamic element and then direct to the right page.

Currently, it is not possible to automatically insert an order tracking code inside emails using dynamic placeholders (merge tags). A client requested the ability to dynamically include the shipment tracking code in email communication, similar to how other dynamic fields work today. Use case: This would enable clients to create emails like: “Your order has been shipped! Track your package using this code: {{tracking_code}}.”

It would be nice and helpful during preparing newsletters if our dynamic element "Bestsellers" would be able to show "Bestsellers" from a specific brand.

It would be useful to be able to add entire product categories to the suggested products and the ability to add more bestsellers not only by the number of purchases but, for example, by the number of additions to the cart.

Customizable image size in dynamic elements

Enabling the display of bestsellers from a time frame other than 7 days. In some cases, 7 days is not enough and bestsellers do not have time to accumulate - then the dynamic element displays only one product which negatively affects the appearance of the message and reduces the chance of purchase.

Product category search in the dynamic element “bestsellers”

It is missing to add several products selected in one row. Or, for example, random products from a given category, etc. In general, the possibilities of adding products to emails are severely limited...

Currently, the promotional price in the product element is not pulled from the feed and has to be set manually in the panel on the right.
