Currently, it is not possible to automatically insert an order tracking code inside emails using dynamic placeholders (merge tags).

A client requested the ability to dynamically include the shipment tracking code in email communication, similar to how other dynamic fields work today.

Use case:

This would enable clients to create emails like:

“Your order has been shipped! Track your package using this code: {{tracking_code}}.”
