We have a client who would like to test WhatsApp automations before activating a custom flow. Currently, I know we can run organic tests, but in this case, the client doesn’t want to use their actual database for testing purposes. It would be really helpful to have a safe testing environment, similar to what we offer for Ready-to-Run Scenarios and SMS, where we can simulate the flow without triggering real messages. This would allow clients (and CSMs) to validate flows, copy, and logic before going live, especially useful for sensitive channels like WhatsApp. Is there any way we can support this type of test, or is it something being considered for future development?

On the edrone inbox screen, the only way to search for a customer is by phone number. It would be great to be able to search for customers by name and email in addition to the phone number (in intercom, when we activate a contact, we start typing the letters and the results appear - it's a good example to follow)

In Whatsapp/Inbox we can filter messages that are read and unread, the idea is to filter messages that are not/are delivered to the customer, to show the customer how many messages he sends and compare the number of messages that appear on the Whatsapp's page
