We would like to suggest the inclusion of a feature in the abandoned cart tool that allows you to generate and send the customer the specific URL of the abandoned cart, preserving the original session.
Currently, we already use another tool that sends the customer a direct link to the abandoned cart, containing session parameters, which significantly facilitates the retrieval of the purchase.

With this format, when accessing the link, the customer is directed exactly to the cart they had abandoned, without having to redo the navigation or add the products again.
In addition, the same link can be accessed on any device (desktop, mobile or even a new device), and all will point to the same cart, since identification occurs through the session present in the URL, and not by the device.
We believe that this functionality:
It increases the recovery rate of abandoned carts;
Reduces friction in the buying journey;
Improves the customer experience in email campaigns and automations;
It facilitates the conversion even when the customer changes devices.
