Recognizing order statuses

We very much need Edrone to recognize the order statuses, to be able to request a customer review at the correct time, immediately after receiving the order.
After sales, it is increasingly essential that communication be very aligned, and in general all players are already working very assertively in this regard, edrone needs this fundamental function.

A condition in Custom Flows that recognizes the status of the order, so that it will be possible to call an action, for example, after the ordered products are shipped to the customer.

It would be essential to be able to differentiate between paid and unpaid orders in order to create different strategies and segmentation

I support. For example, what happens to the After Purchase scenario if the purchase is canceled?
In addition, in the shopper we can have a separate status for orders with personal pickup. If Edrone read statuses, then it would be easy to create a segment of customers who order with personal pickup.
(There may be products that are not available online in the physical store. You can also make a promotion for customers with personal pickup. Such things could be reported to the appropriate segment of people).

Suggestion for improvement and implementation:
To activate the “Thank you for the purchase” automation, it would be interesting for Edrone to read the customer's order status when marked as:
Delivery
(since it has native integration with the Magazord platform)
Because most of the sales are to the north and northeast of Brazil. It takes an average of 15 days or more days for the product to reach the customer. The other half of sales take 8 days (when they are central regions of Brazil)
And in the Edrone automation, you can only define a fixed number of days to activate the trigger and trigger the thank you email.
Please, could you review an improvement to activate the trigger and send a thank you email for the customer's purchase only when the order status changed to “Delivered”?
Grateful in advance.

Good idea. I think integration with baselinker would be very helpful here.
