Possibility to provide info by import about orders which could be used in e.g. loyalty program.

Scenario should from the beginning use imported data and works with them.

Absolutely, this should have been available for a long time. (If your salesperson had warned me that we are starting in Shopera store on data only 30 days after integration, then I don't know if I would have signed the contract. Definitely not at that price :-)

I would be happy to wait for importing historical orders using a CSV file and not an API. Not everyone understands the API and is not a developer and uploading such data via CSV would be great.
