Ability to send a message after the first purchase to the customer and another message after the next purchase. Possibility to split communication after first purchase and next purchase -> different message.
This case could be solved by custom flows but for customers just after onboarding tool, such like custom flows, are a bit challenging. So there is a suggestion that we should think about developing a dedicated functionality to easily divide communication.
