I need to send the confirmation email also if the contact is already subscribed. Or send only the welcome email if the contact is already subscribed.
Of course these emails should be sent after filling the form in the popup.

A client who signs up for the newsletter receives a notification that they need to confirm their subscription via email.
A client who signs up for the newsletter while a subscriber already receives information on the website that they are already in the database.
The customer, by subscribing to the newsletter, receives a notification about the need to confirm the subscription by e-mail.
The customer, in turn, who subscribes to the newsletter while already a subscriber, receives information on the website that it already appears in the database.
