Modernisation of the CRM interface and segmentation

Changes we want to make:
- refreshed the view
- a completely new customer card
- possibility to search for a user directly in the interface
- possibility to edit selected user data in the panel
- changelog - information about changes to the customer card
- possibility to create customized segments, e.g. the most spenders or who opened a given nl, then the possibility to use segments in mailings.

We would like to determine how many people came to our base during a specific action with a dedicated tag. In addition, it would be great to be able to analyze for audience groups by tag as these specific groups perform, i.e. which of our marketing actions to attract the base make more sense, and which do not necessarily, etc. This type of analytics in the future seems essential.
