"X" button in WebLayer banner is also redirecting to linked page

Client noticed that making whole weblayer banner clickable to URL doesn’t work properly.

Thing is that “X” button for turning off the banner is working but also in the same time causing redirection to linked page. Clicking X button shouldn’t redirect but just only closing widget.

We have noticed that it is also happening to the regular button. When we have the whole banner clickable and we add the button with the different link - the button redirects to the link that is added for the whole banner, what is wrong.
