Event Monitor does not show the last 10 traces, regardless of the time the action was performed

Despite the integration working correctly, the Customers receive an error message in the Event Monitor with info that event data is not being processed and suggestion to check the integration and contact Support. We noticed it mainly for trace Order, but it regards also other traces.
From what we have checked, events are processed correctly - the integration works, orders fall in, they just have less customer traffic/activity on the site or very expensive products, purchased infrequently.
