When you first try add feed to system you got Failed status. After a whole adding same feed to system works and status is completed.

Client reported that she used to see products preview in “Products” tab but not anymore.

Product feed hadn't been processing beacuse had id with prefixes. The new feed mechanism was switched off, cut off prefixes and once again uploaded feed into the system. It "works", feed is processing but there are no products in this section and when I open link in the id are still prefixes but follow the steps there shoudn't be.

As a result of manual import of the existing feed, that hasn't been changed by the Client, we receive Server Error 500. After refreshing the page there are 2 Processing statuses: Feed was rejected by the system and productfeed.status.UNABLE_TO_DETECT_FEED_FORMAT It is standard GMC format Feed, exported from WooCommerce.

Automatic feed import does not work. We get a notice that the client should add our IP to the Whitelist but feed is not blocked

This is important. No transfer of photos from the product feed to the newsletter, no abandoned carts, no recommendations. The problem occurs with the Woocommerce platform.
