I can't resume newsletter subscription scenario. Button doesn't work. ENGAGEMENTS → NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION scenario → REVIEW → RESUME button

I am not able to run the newsletter subscription engagement.

Sign-up for newsletter does not work on Safari (MacBook Air + iPhones). Client tried to sign-up on the main page from the footer but the email was not added to the database. On Google Chrome everything works properly.

Error when enabling newletter subscription scenario after adding bestsellers to welcome message

Even we do not use the 'coupon' tag in the body of the email, the system does not allow us to send a test message without entering a coupon. The problem relates to the 'newsletter sign-up' scenario.

Client reported that some of his clients never received messages from Newsletter Scenario.

Client reported that some of the clients never get messages with coupon from Newsletter Subscription scenario, what is more some of them are in our CRM without tag (and every plugin has a tag).

When we sign up from the footer on Sky-Shop in CRM we are UNSUBSCRIBED.

From one of the forms users after subscribe newsletter got not one but more messages with asking for subscription confirmation

Even if we have the double opt-in model selected, we get SUBSCRIBED status right away after signing-in.
