For the frame at product page (ID: 354) I set an option of Upselling with Last category, but frame doesn’t have any recommendations.

Client reported that all the time he has got strange recommendations (in general) he doesn’t like but also still te same recommendation at product pages. I checked that and we have there Basket Analysis scenario as first choice, but recommendations are from Bestsellers.

Client reported product has not the image in Marketing Machine.

Client reported that in every frame, and even for every teammate in their team they have the same products recommendations in Marketing Machine frames.

We don’t have “X” (exit) button when we want to leave preview of the category (to check what products are in the category) in Marketing Machine section in “Adjust” or “CROSS SELLING CATEGORY” tab.

Lack of ability to save my progress in cross- selling, when you click save after creating a cross-sellings links an error appears in console (500 Internal Server Error) .

I want to create Marketing Machine Cross-selling for the client but that section is not working. The whole section is freezing at some moment and you can’t do anything. When you type in search input some category whole page is freezing. There is a problem with loading MM frame on Homepage. We can see that our frame tries to load, but it’s not appearing and there’s notification “contained does not exist”.

Marketing Machine sliders responsible for parameters disappeard. You can set only max or min value of the parameter.
