Import "add or update tags" not only add tags to imported database but automatically it changes email subscription status of that clients to unknown

When we remove the date columns - the import is successful. The problem occurs regardless of the file format.

When importing the customer base of subscribers only, an error pops up but in the import summary it does not show what errors we have. In addition, in the CRM section we can see the number of uploaded subscribers, but there are also customers with the status of unsubscribed, which the customer has not uploaded.

I coudn’t import database with phone numbers and sms subscription status. Everytime I received error.

After import of 3 users we can see in summary that there was 3 users updated. But in fact in CRM we can not find one of them

It looks like any import is failed, doesn't matter what data is in the file or if we choose to overwrite data or not.

When we try to import a file with a phone column, import is blocked and we get an error.

Every import attempt ends with failed status
