Empty values of some authentication entries for one domain

Emaillabs DKIM, Return Path (SPF), Emaillabs link domain have empty Type, Hostname, Value fields.

Unauthorized authenticators despite they are added. More than 48 hours. Authenticators for client domain aren't authorized despite they are added. Recommendation to delete dots after values, but admin doesn't accept records without dots.

Despite the Sparkpost DKIM entries added, it has not been verified. An attempt was made to add dots at the end, but this did not help. Hosting provider jchost.pl

Although entries have been added and verified, a message appears in the e-mail stating that they are missing

Since couple days I do not receive test massages for my email agata@edrone.me from any scenarios or newsletter. I have checked all folders and nothing is there. I have a space on Google Account so the space is not a problem.

Incorrect display of emails on mobile The customer sent information that on web apps for viewing mail on an IOS device and onet browser. Our emails are not displaying correctly. I verified this on IOS and default browsers and from what I noticed the problem only appears on outlook and onet.

No sent messages from automation scenarios The only exception is the newsletter sign-up scenario, where we have revenue and information on sent messages.
