I've sent to myself test messages but there are no dynamic elements, only default packages, as always with similar cases. Today client implemented product feed. Two days ago I send test message too and there were dynamic elements. In traces and insight are images, in feed correct images too. What's more in "Top product" section are not images for products, there are only titles. And another curious thing, in design section I can not choose category for bestsellers, there are any.

Test send messages (viewed products and abounded carts) on mobile preview, dynamic elements shows one under one, like it should but when client receives messages with dynamic elements in messages there are alongside instead of one under one. Client uses Samsung S21, Gmail and I use Redmi, Gmail.

Second message from scenario was block due to reason bestsellers not found

When I select categories in bestsellers and some have no products (bestsellers products are all completed). There is also a situation where there is one product in the category and the other is not there, and there are three products in the test message. Or there is no product at all and the category is available for selection. It's not possible to start scenario but should those empty categories be visible in dynamic element?

No dynamic elements are displayed, only exemple products.

Client reported that some of his products in automatisations from dynamic element PRODUCT doesn’t display in messages.

If the price is lower than 1 PLN, in bestsellers (and probably in other dynamic elements) price is displayed without 0 at the beginning and looks like 70 PLN with a dot in the beginning (.70 PLN), not 0.70 PLN. Such prices should have “0” at the beginning.

Client reported problem with “RejectedBestsellerProductsNotFoundCount" after sending a newsletter.
