Client have an account set up in the system, but can't log in. after entering in admin, an error pops ups something went wrong.

Client reported that despite she has got the permission to sections she can’t access the Newsletter Hub functionality.

When an Agent is added to the workspace and is given limited access only to Engagements, the user can access to all sections of the scenarios and Newsletter HUB, but cannot modify the Design section - he has the option to select templates, action buttons, can send himself tests and run/stop scenarios, but Unlayer itself is not available. Adding additional access to Onsites makes it work, but sometimes Clients want to give their employees access strictly to Engagements.

Client couldn’t login to his account, and also change password e-mail didn’t come. So I deleted Superagent (client) and I wanted to added it once more, but error is occuring when you click submit button. I made sideway solution and I added once more client from Admin section: Other → Agents But still client couldn’t log in, and adding new agent is still impossible. I set client new password from section Admin → Agents but probably it will be problem to change it because this password change form will not come.
