Overwrite customer data in chat widget

Client colleague tested our chat and wrote and send test message by chat being log in account. In INBOX this message appears with data/information assigned from client (her name, surname and e-mail).
Client's colleague tried once again signed-up to the newsletter with his data. He confirmed his own e-mail subscription and wrote again testily in the rrcustoms chat. Unfortunately, he was still seen as customer 'Olivia'.
I recommended to clear cookies and try again but client said that happened again.
